Locations
Locations are created and edited by the administrator.
Employees and equipment assigned to the locations.
A carrier and a client are also assigned to each location.
Material requests

Equipment purchases
To order spare parts, consumables or serial equipment, an employee at the location creates an application for the purchase.
Equipment moving
Equipment that is in warehouses or newly purchased can be moved between locations using a transfer request. When creating such an application, the carrier company is indicated and receives transport documents and notifications by mail.

Adding new categories
The equipment catalogue navigated through the category tree. The administrator can create and edit categories in the tree.
Adding new equipment position
The new equipment can be created according to the template, then some of the fields will be automatically filled in.
Directories

Users, customers, carriers
In the user guide, a table is stored with contact information and level of access, all users of the system. The user can be added by the administrator or blocked as needed.

The client's directory defines with which client the work is carried out within the framework of the location, and contains the contact information for the client.

The Carriers Directory allows you to add and edit external users - transport companies that participate in the company's logistics processes.
Users
For each user, the administrator can generate a password and send a notification letter to the mail.

The system also has an organized work schedule for employees, which allows you to predict vacations and automatically send notifications and create tasks to the replacement employee.
